Members Monthly News Letter
Owen Chamberlain is producing a monthly newsletter in order to keep the membership up to date with what is going on in and around our club. It will be delivered to you via e-mail, there are also copies around the club house for you to read.
Work Party
The next work party will be held on 19th Sept at 10:00
On work party days both indoor and outdoor ranges will be closed for the duration of the work party. The more members who attend the work party the quicker we can open the ranges.
Open Day & Sponsored Shoot
An open day & sponsored shoot is to take place 17th October this is aid of Graeme Watkins who as we all know is going to the Crossbow World Championships in 2011.
The Open Day will be from 10:00 to 16:00 with the sponsored shoot taking place between 08:00 and 18:00.
Any members wishing to assist is asked to contact Graeme Watkins.

This years AGM will be held on Thu 21st Oct 2010 at 19:00
Club Committee Members
In advance of the above meeting you are invited to make nomination(s) for Club committee member(s) at the AGM. Proposer(s) and seconder(s) are to be Club members, and completed forms to be passed or sent to the secretary, Peter Bethell. It is hoped that this advance action will speed up the AGM meeting, to which all members are invited. Proposal close date is 7th October 2010. You can find the forms arround the club or you can download it here.
Once completed you can e-mail it to secretary@glevumtsc.co.uk, or send it by post the the address on the form.
